Blue Cash Preferred® Card from American Express
This is one of the most popular gas credit cards. The card has an introductory offer of 0% APR on purchases and balances for the first 12 months. After the promotional period has ended, the regular APR will be between 15.24% and 26.24%. They also charge an annual fee of around $95. However, with this card, you can earn 3% cash rewards whenever you make a purchase at any gas station. Moreover, there is no limit on the rewards you can earn with this card when you buy gas. With the Blue Cash Preferred® Card, you can not only avail 3% rewards on purchases at select department stores but also earn about 6% cash rewards when you spend about $6,000 on purchases at supermarkets in a year. You can also earn 1% rewards when you use this card for any other purpose. Additionally, if you spend about $1000 on purchases in the first three months of opening your account, you can get a bonus statement credit of $200.

Bank of America® Cash Rewards Credit Card
With this card, you can get a 0% introductory APR for the initial 12 billing cycles on balance transfers as well as purchases. However, to qualify for this promotional rate, you will have to make the balance transfer in the first 60 days. After the promotional period is over, the regular APR will be between 15.24% and 25.24%. Some of the benefits of this card include 3% cash rewards on gas and 2% cash back on wholesale clubs and groceries, while other purchases will earn you a 1% cash back. A higher reward rate can be earned on the first $2,500 spent on gas, wholesale club, and grocery purchases in each quarter. Moreover, you can earn a sign-up bonus of around $200 on spending $500 within the initial three months of opening the account. Furthermore, if you have an investment, checking, or savings account with Merrill Lynch or Bank of America, you can get nearly 25% bonus on rewards.

PenFed Platinum Rewards Signature® Card
This card offers one of the highest gas rewards. You can earn as much as 5 points for every dollar that you spend on gas. Additionally, you can get 3 points for every dollar spend on groceries. For all other purchases, you can earn one point for every dollar spent. Also, you can earn a statement credit of $100 if you spend $1,500 in the initial 90 days. Moreover, this card has an introductory offer of 0% APR on balance transfer in the first 12 billing cycles. After the promotional period is over, the regular APR will be between 11.74% and 17.99%. Along with this, you will have to pay a cash advance fee and a foreign transaction fee.

Costco Anywhere Visa® Card
The biggest advantage of this card is that it can be used worldwide. This card is being offered by Citi®. You can use this card in any Costco store or wherever Visa is accepted. The Costco Anywhere Visa® Card has a regular APR of 17.49% on balance transfers and purchases. Although no annual fee is charged, you will need to have a paid Costco membership to avail the benefits of this card. You can earn a 4% cash back on the first $7,000 you spend on eligible gas purchases every year. This offer is applicable worldwide.
Additionally, you can get a 3% cash back on eligible restaurants and travel purchases. You can also earn 2% on other purchases from and Costco; there is 1% cash back offered on everything else. You can collect these cash back rewards over the year. When your final billing statement of the year closes, you will get an annual reward certificate with all the rewards accumulated over the year. This certificate can be redeemed in any Costco store for merchandise or cash. Additionally, you can get all the benefits of a Citi® card. These include extended warranty, worldwide car rental insurance, trip cancellation and interruption protection, and damage and theft purchase protection.

ExxonMobil™ Smart Card
With no annual fee and an APR of 27.24%, this card lets you save 12 cents for every gallon of Synergy fuel. This is applicable for the first two months of opening the account. After the first two months, you can get around 6 cents cash back for every gallon of fuel purchased from Mobil or Exxon gas stations. The card sets no limits on how much you can save. These savings are automatically transferred as statement credits to your account. This is done in the same billing cycle as and when the purchase is done or posted. However, you will need to keep the account open to get the benefits of these credits.

BP Visa® Credit Card
This gas credit card is known to offer some of the biggest discounts. With every $100 that you spend at a BP gas station, you will get 25 cents off. This offer is applicable for the first 90 days of opening the account. After these 90 days, you will be eligible for additional offers—these include a discount of an additional 15 cents on each gallon for every $100 spend on purchases from eligible restaurants, grocery stores, and travel purchases. Moreover, you can get 5 cents off when you spend $100 wherever Visa cards are accepted, except at non-BP gas stations. You can redeem your credit points right at the gas station which will lead to you paying a lower amount per gallon. This is, however, applicable for up to 20 gallons. You can also apply these rewards to your account as statement credits. You will not have to pay any annual fees; the APR of this card is around 28.99%.

Sunoco Rewards Credit Card
If you are looking for instant savings, Sunoco Rewards credit card is your best bet. With this card, you can get a discount of 5 cents for every gallon of gas you buy at Sunoco gas stations. There are no restrictions or limits on how many discounted gallons of gas you can purchase. A majority of the gas credit cards add the rewards as statement credits to your account; however, this card lets you use the reward points directly while pumping gas so you save instantly. Moreover, you can add more family cards to your account without paying anything extra. You don’t even have to pay annual fees. The regular APR for this card is around 27.24%.

Discover It® Chrome
This card gives 2% cash back when you make purchases at gas stations and restaurants. You have to spend at least $1,000 in combined purchases every quarter to earn these rewards. For every other purchase, you can get 1% unlimited cash back. After one year of opening the account, all the reward points you have earned will be matched by Discover. Moreover, this card has a 14-month introductory offer of 0% APR on balance transfers and purchases. After the 14-month period, the regular APR will be between 14.24% and 25.24%. Ink Business Cash℠ Credit Card
This is a business credit card that is suitable for small businesses. You can earn 5% cash back for the first $25,000 you spend on combined purchases including payment for phone, cable, internet, and office supply stores services. Moreover, you can get 2% cash back on the first $25,000 you spend in gas stations or restaurants. These two offers are applicable every year. When you make other purchases, you can get unlimited 1% cash back.
